About the bath
The mineral water of the Marash deposit was discovered in 1976 during surveys in search of oil.
A bath with changing rooms, showers and two pools was built. It stopped working in the mid-1990s. The building is abandoned and falling apart.

The water and its healing properties
The water at the spring is over 60 °C. It is hyperthermal, chloride and fluoride water, slightly yellowish, with a smell of hydrogen sulphide. It has a beneficial effect on joint diseases.
