Na Baniamineral baths of Bulgaria БГ

About the bath

Built around 1925, it was used until 2002, when it closed because of extensive damage and a lack of funding. The imposing building is a listed cultural monument, designed by the Stara Zagora architect Hristo Dimov. In 2019 the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works allocated BGN 210,000 for repairs to the bath, and in 2021 Maglizh Municipality took on long-term debt of BGN 1.9 million from the FLAG Fund for the “Restoration and major repair of an existing building – bath complex – conservation and restoration of an existing building – mineral bath in the village of Yagoda, Maglizh Municipality”.
