About the bath
The municipality has taken care to build some infrastructure; otherwise the place is hard to reach, especially in winter. It is 2 km from the village of Bachevo, in the “Razhdavets” locality. Two sections with metal enclosures and small pools have been built – a men's and a women's – right next to the mineral spring with its healing water. The spring is reached by a dirt road that passes two artificial reservoirs.

More information
The water and its healing properties
The total flow of the Bachevo mineral waters is about 11 litres per second, at a temperature of about 24 °C. Chemically the water is hydrocarbonate-sodium and fluoride, and low in minerals. It is used for gall bladder, kidney and urinary, and liver conditions. The healing effect of the water from the “Banishte” spring is unique for gastrointestinal conditions, eczema, wounds and disorders of the nervous system. Two small pools have been built on the site, a men's and a women's, where people can bathe for treatment.
The water has special properties: thanks to its metasilicic acid it heals all kinds of wounds, including those caused by skin conditions.
