More information
The water and its healing properties
The water rises at about 29 °C. It is hypothermal, mineralised, sulphate-hydrocarbonate sodium and silicic water containing fluoride, with no sanitary-chemical or microbiological signs of pollution. The ammonium in the water is of natural origin.
Because of its high fluoride content (7.30 mg/l measured), the water is classed as unsuitable for drinking and household use.
Used for external balneotherapy and balneoprophylaxis, it has a beneficial effect on the following conditions: • degenerative and inflammatory joint diseases in remission (arthritis, degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system, etc.); • diseases of the peripheral nervous system (disc disease, radiculitis, plexitis, polyradiculoneuritis, etc.);
orthopaedic conditions (for mobilisation after injuries and operations);
skin conditions.
