About the bath
The “Bancheto” bath in the Miromir quarter was renovated after a period out of use and started working again in 2012. Eight years later, in 2020, Hisarya Municipality sold it on the grounds that it was unprofitable. So far the new owner has done nothing, and the building does not work.

The water and its healing properties
You can find all the benefits of the water on this website (https://gotohisarya.com/places/kaptiran-estestven-izvor-bancheto-miromir/)
The captured natural spring “Bancheto Miromir” is on the right bank of the Miromirska River, about 400 m south-west of the Miromir quarter of Hisarya, with a flow of 2.4 l/s. The water is clear, colourless, without sediment or smell. It is thermal, low in minerals, hydrocarbonate-sulphate, sodium, fluoride and silicic water. Its healing and preventive properties come from its low mineralisation and its hydrocarbonate, sulphate, sodium and fluoride ions. Drinking cures act on the gastrointestinal tract, the liver and gall bladder, and the kidneys and urinary system. After tempering to 35–37 ˚C the water is used for preventive drinking cures and has a beneficial effect on gastrointestinal conditions. In balneotherapy it helps with kidney and urological conditions and improves the treatment of metabolic disorders such as gout, obesity and diabetes. Used externally, the water benefits diseases of the musculoskeletal system.
