Na Baniamineral baths of Bulgaria БГ

About the bath

The “Toplitsa” bath is completely abandoned. It closed for good in 2009 by order of the Basin Directorate because of unpaid debts to the Ministry of Environment and Water. It stands right next to the abandoned “Svezhest” bath, close to the archaeological remains of the Roman baths of Diocletian.

The water and its healing properties

You can find all the benefits of the water on this website (https://visithisarya.com/bg/places/izvor-toplitsa-hisarya/)
Toplitsa is the hottest spring in the town. The water is 51 °C, which makes it suitable for treating gynaecological conditions. Interestingly, the first mineral bath in the town was built over this spring.
