About the bath
A solid building set in a park. Its symmetrical façade suggests two mirror-image sections. In 2023 Veliko Tarnovo Municipality put the bath up for sale at auction; it is probably now private property.

The water and its healing properties
The story of the spring goes back to 1981, when two boreholes were drilled near Resen and a heat source was found with a flow of 30 litres per second and a temperature of 55 °C. The water has healing and preventive qualities and is rich in sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium.
This makes it suitable for treating diseases of the musculoskeletal system; its composition is close to that of the mineral water in Ovcha Mogila.
